“Jacob kept the work area (our kitchen) clean and dry, and after he was done, there was no evidence that he'd been there or that our dishwasher had just been removed from under the counter and repaired.
Jacob arrived at the estimated time and left just under an hour late; we truly appreciate that he fit us in even though it caused his workday to be longer.
